Alex Singleton trained in Illustration and Graphics at Central Saint Martins in 1994. Since then he has been a practicing artist and had lived and created art in London, Australia, Bristol and Oxford.
Over a twenty year period he has created Oil Color paintings, made Ceramics, practiced printmaking, Designed Murals and enjoyed Letterpress printing.
In the past year he won an internship at Hatch Show Print in Nashville where he furthered his skills in letter-Press Printing. He has also works closely on street art projects with Big orange M around Oxford on community projects. The print that he has submitted for 'Print Exchange CommUnity' is his street name personality 'Bird-man' who you may see from time to time on walls around Oxford. he depicts a feathery personality who looks over communities and gives guidance and support to those in need.
